Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately don't allow returns or refunds. However, if a products was damaged, we can replace it if reported within 24 hours after delivery.
To be eligible for a product replacement, there must be proof of the product's condition as soon as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
